The publication refers to issuing the archival description and the Finding Aid in OSA’s electronic catalog, making them accessible to researchers.

The publication is available in two modules:

In the ISAD(G) module to publish the upper levels of archived hierarchy (fonds, subfonds, series):

After selecting the appropriate level of the already submitted unit in the Grid (fonds, subfonds, series) simply click the arrow button (arrowing up) on the right. Already published units can be unpublished using the arrow (arrowing down) button.

In the Finding Aids module to publish Finding Aids related to Items and Folders.

After selecting the appropriate level of the already submitted Finding Aids in the Grid simply click the arrow button (arrowing up) on the right. Already published units can be unpublished using the arrow (arrowing down) button.

Every Folder and Item can be set to confidential by clicking the corresponding button. To unset the confidential status of a proper Folder / Item simply click the corresponding icon again.
